These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hdaji platform and all services associated with it. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all persons who access, register on, or in any way use the hdaji website and any associated products or services. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration, by completing a deposit, or simply by continuing to browse hdaji after these terms have been published, you confirm that you have read and accepted every clause contained herein.
hdaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, the updated Agreement will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms should be read in conjunction with the hdaji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hdaji. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and those documents, this Agreement takes precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific policy document.
Binding Agreement
By registering an account with hdaji, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by the full terms set out on this page. Registration implies full, unconditional acceptance.
Right to Amend
hdaji may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version takes effect on the published effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

These terms must be read alongside the hdaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form the complete legal framework governing your use of the platform.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the hdaji platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before creating an account or placing any wager on hdaji. Failure to meet any one of these conditions renders your registration void and gives hdaji the right to close your account immediately and withhold or return any balance at its sole discretion.
The full eligibility requirements for all hdaji players are as follows:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. This requirement applies without exception.
- Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location. Persons who are legally restricted from entering into contracts may not register.
- Single Account: You may hold only one active account on hdaji. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Own Behalf: You must be registering and playing exclusively on your own behalf. Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and not misleading in any respect.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on hdaji or any platform operated by the same group of companies.
- Mental Capacity: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any substance that impairs your judgement at the time of placing wagers or making financial decisions on the platform.
hdaji uses date-of-birth verification at the point of registration and may request supporting identity documentation (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) during the KYC process before processing any withdrawal. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of hdaji services — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing.
Each individual may maintain only one registered account on hdaji. If hdaji identifies that a player has created more than one account — whether through the same device, the same payment method, the same IP address, or any other identifying signal — all secondary accounts will be closed immediately. Any bonuses claimed via duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety, and winnings generated through duplicate accounts may also be voided at hdaji's discretion.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. hdaji strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other service. The hdaji support team will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact hdaji support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
KYC Verification
hdaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing a withdrawal, hdaji may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
By registering an account, you consent to hdaji contacting you via the email address and mobile number provided for account-related communications, including security alerts, transaction confirmations, and responsible gaming check-ins. Marketing communications are optional and may be opted out of at any time from within your account settings.
hdaji reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account information provided is inaccurate, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
hdaji processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on hdaji is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Processing Time
Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission, subject to KYC completion.
Transaction Fees
hdaji charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the payment provider itself are outside hdaji's control.
- Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your hdaji account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Withdrawal to Original Method: hdaji operates an anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, hdaji may request additional documentation before processing an alternative withdrawal route.
- Wagering Before Withdrawal: Deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one wager may, at hdaji's discretion, require a minimum wagering requirement of 1x the deposited amount before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is distinct from any bonus wagering requirements and applies only in specific circumstances outlined in the Cashier section.
- Currency: All balances, transactions, and displays on hdaji are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts.
- Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed deposit transaction, hdaji will investigate and resolve the discrepancy within 24 hours of a formal support request. Do not re-attempt a deposit until the status of the previous transaction has been confirmed by the support team.
- Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. hdaji reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold, subject to applicable law and the balance available in the account.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
hdaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below and to any additional specific conditions published at the time each promotion is launched.
Players should read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion. Failure to comply with bonus terms — whether through ignorance or intentional circumvention — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings, and in serious cases may result in account suspension.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%). Sports betting wagers may contribute at a separate rate. The specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.
- Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus balance is active and a wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is ৳1,000 unless the specific promotion explicitly states a higher limit. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unutilised bonus funds that have not been activated within the specified claim window will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Depositing for a new promotion while a previous bonus's wagering requirement remains outstanding is subject to the conditions outlined in the individual promotion.
- Abuse Prevention: hdaji reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited or attempted to exploit a bonus offer through low-risk or arbitrage wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent.
- hdaji's Discretion: hdaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering under a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes to that specific offer.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on hdaji, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with the rules set out in this Agreement. The following obligations apply at all times during your use of hdaji services. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
- Accurate Registration Data: You must ensure that all information provided to hdaji during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. Notify hdaji immediately if any of your registered details change.
- No Fraudulent Activity: You must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargebacks on legitimate deposits, collusion with other players, manipulation of game outcomes, use of automated betting software or bots, or exploitation of software errors or bugs.
- No Money Laundering: You must not use the hdaji platform for any money laundering activity. All deposits must represent legitimate funds from legal sources. hdaji cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity where required.
- No Unauthorised Access Attempts: You must not attempt to access any part of the hdaji platform, its servers, or its data systems other than through the standard user interface provided. Hacking, reverse engineering, or any other unauthorised technical interference is strictly prohibited.
- Respectful Conduct: You must treat hdaji support staff and any other platform participants with respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at hdaji staff are grounds for immediate account suspension.
- No Interference with Platform Integrity: You must not take any action designed to interfere with the proper functioning of the hdaji platform, including introducing malware, engaging in denial-of-service attacks, or exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform's systems.
- Personal Use Only: Your hdaji account is for your personal recreational use only. Commercial exploitation of the platform — including operating a betting syndicate or providing betting-as-a-service to third parties via your account — is strictly prohibited.
hdaji employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. Where suspicious activity is detected, hdaji may place a temporary hold on an account while an investigation is conducted. During an investigation, the affected player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification. hdaji will endeavour to complete investigations within 10 business days of initiating them.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party — the player or hdaji — may close a player account. The conditions and consequences of closure differ depending on which party initiates it and the reasons involved.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your hdaji account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, hdaji will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
hdaji-Initiated Closure
hdaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, that fraudulent or abusive activity has been detected, or that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or to other players. Where closure is due to confirmed fraud or terms breach, hdaji may retain the account balance to offset losses caused.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and all marketing communications will be suspended. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period. - Inactive Account Reactivation: Accounts that have been closed by the player may be reactivated by contacting support, subject to re-verification of identity. Accounts closed by hdaji due to terms breaches are not eligible for reactivation.
- Balance on Closure: Where hdaji initiates account closure for reasons other than fraud or terms breach (for example, withdrawal from a specific market), any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within 10 business days.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from account closure should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. hdaji will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hdaji's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hdaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss — even if hdaji has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Service Interruptions: hdaji makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. hdaji accepts no liability for losses allegedly arising from service unavailability, provided that reasonable steps have been taken to restore service promptly.
- Third-Party Game Providers: Game content on hdaji is supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. hdaji is not responsible for malfunctions, disconnections, or errors that originate within a third-party provider's game engine. Any such disputes should be directed to the hdaji support team, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
- Payment Provider Delays: Processing times cited on hdaji are indicative and subject to the operating conditions of the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). hdaji accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems, maintenance periods, or regulatory holds.
- Force Majeure: hdaji shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, power failures, internet infrastructure disruption, or any other event that could not have been foreseen or prevented by the exercise of reasonable care.
- Accuracy of Information: Whilst hdaji takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game results, and account balance information displayed on the platform are accurate, hdaji does not warrant that such information is free from error at all times. Where a material error is identified, hdaji reserves the right to correct it, including by voiding affected wagers and refunding stakes.
Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude hdaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This limitation of liability reflects a fair and reasonable allocation of risk between hdaji and its players, and hdaji would not have made the platform available to players without these limitations.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and hdaji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
